The bedroom is very large and cozy, a second room has a bed in it or can be made into an office with a pullout couch. You have a renovated bathroom with tub, shower, toilet. Laundry room in basement too. This suite lacks natural light but is cozy, clean, and modern.
You will share entrance and must be comfortable to approach dog and cat who live upstairs with me (single mature woman with adult son who visits occasionally). We share full kitchen upstairs, and laundry room downstairs. You must be ok with hearing piano, and meditation incense. This is a great situation for a Refugee woman learning English and/or taking Homecare Aide courses. I worked as a Settlement Practitioner, however now have a medical condition that requires some supports. I am very private and looking for quiet tenant with respectful lifestyle. I am very respectful of others spiritual beliefs.
